All products are made-to-order according to the specifications provided by the customer.

Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be modified or canceled.

Because many Cusmia products are handmade or customized, slight variations may occur in:

  • embroidery placement

  • engraving depth

  • color appearance

  • material texture

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.


5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed on the website and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Payments must be completed at checkout before production begins.

Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method.

Cusmia is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs clearance

  • shipping carriers

  • incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.


7. Returns and Refunds

Because most Cusmia products are personalized or custom-made, all custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • the item arrives damaged

  • the item has a manufacturing defect

  • the item differs significantly from the confirmed order details

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.

We may request photos of the product to evaluate the issue.


8. Intellectual Property

  • graphics

is the property of Cusmia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.
