But honestly, this idea didn’t come from a business plan — it came from my own frustration.
A few years ago, I needed to replace a worn-out bag strap. The bag was still perfect, but everything I found felt generic. Nothing matched my style, nothing felt intentional, and nothing felt like me.
Later, I tried to find a personalized strap as a gift for a close friend. Again, I ran into the same problem — either the products were too basic and functional, or overly decorative but poorly made. There was nothing that felt both meaningful and well-crafted.
That’s when I realized:

And that idea stayed with me.
