Cusmia specializes in personalized and custom-made products. Because many of our items are made specifically for each customer, our return policy differs from standard retail products.

Custom Products

Most Cusmia products are customized with names, logos, or other personalized elements.

Because of this, customized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • the item arrives damaged

  • the item has a manufacturing defect

  • the item differs significantly from the approved order details

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • your order number

  • photos of the product

  • photos of the packaging (if damaged)

We may offer:

  • a replacement

  • a partial refund

  • a full refund (depending on the situation)

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Incorrect Information

Cusmia is not responsible for errors in customization details provided by customers, including:

  • spelling mistakes

  • incorrect names

  • incorrect addresses
